A unique way of diving into all of our senses to ignite the mind, body and soul.

Sight – can your team build on one another while completing their individual task or are they hyper focused on their own task. Use creative skills to create a “masterpiece”

Smell and Taste – let’s have fun; use your taste buds and nose to enjoy the flavours and smells of the world. What is happening behind the scenes, are we supporting one another

Touch – energetically how aware are you of your team members (this is done back to back to ensure boundaries and allow for comfort)

Subconscious – Discover your human design, the strategies you and your team members use consciously and subconsciously, personally and professionally. 

**Note: Our gift to the team leader will be a synopsis of the individual team members human design. When done in part with business by design this can help you better understand the strategies required to accelerate success and productivity from your team.

Sound – have fun and express yourself through movement.  Sound can be a life-force.

There are many tests done for businesses to understand the various communication or personality types of employees. Business by Design is the second level of Team Building: 6 Senses. 

Business by Design will take you one step further to help you as a business owner or team leader better understand individual team member’s strategies. Create daily satisfaction, growth, a positive work environment, better communication, allow decisions to be made easily and completion of tasks in a timely manner.  

Team leads will be empowered and teams will become more confident and secure in their decision making.

You will be provided with a strategic session based on each individual in your team, tasked how to execute for success as a leader and followed up to ensure you create success.
